1. EQUIPMENT, RENT & TERM OF RENTAL CONTRACT. The Rental Fee as stated above payable to BOUNCE, LLC. The
Undersigned, as Lessee (Customer) rents from BOUNCE, LLC.

2. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: If the unit begins to deflate:
I) The motor has stopped in which case check the cord connection at the outlet near motor and remember to keep only the 100 foot extension cord on the outlet. (Stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry rooms).
II) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the sides of the motor for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the BOUNCE, LLC unit for snugness, re-tie if necessary.
III) IF YOU CAN NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM PLEASE CALL (952) 457-5920 or (952) 594-5666.
3. GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE BOUNCE, LLC. UNIT:
A. All riders MUST REMOVE THEIR SHOES before entering the BOUNCE, LLC. unit.
B. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
C. CHILDREN’S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE BOUNCE, LLC UNIT THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
D. Absolutely no “Silly String”, gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the BOUNCE, LLC unit. If upon pick-up such cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning fee shall automatically be imposed.
E. DO NOT MOVE the BOUNCE, LLC unit from the place where it was installed. If the BOUNCE, LLC unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation. Keep the BOUNCE, LLC unit away from swimming pools at a minimum of 25 feet.
F. No pets inside BOUNCE, LLC unit.
G. Long hair should be tied back before entering the BOUNCE, LLC unit.
H. No more than 8 children of similar size and age should be in a unit together.
I. Do NOT exceed maximum weight of 800 lbs. at any given time in the units.
4. DELIVERY: Only to the address specified above by the Lessee.
5. TRANSPORTATION EXPENSE: Except as provided herein, all charges in delivering and subsequent pick-up of the unit with respect to the Delivery Address are included in the Rental Fee noted above. In the event that the unit is not returned at the appointed time by Lessor, a $50.00 fee shall automatically be imposed.
6. SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT: LESSOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED ABOUT AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE BOUNCE, LLC UNIT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS RENTAL CONTRACT AND THE LESSEE AGREES TO OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. LESSEE ALSO PAYS $1,500 DOLLARS IF IT IS NOT RETURNED.
7. MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the BOUNCE, LLC unit in the same condition as when received.
8. ALTERNATION AND ATTACHMENT: No alternation in or attachments to the BOUNCE, LLC unit will be made without prior
written approval of Lessor.
9. WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the BOUNCE, LLC unit leased under this Rental Contract will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Contract. The BOUNCE, LLC unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Contract is limited to repair or replacement of the BOUNCE, LLC unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and all obligations and liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages including, but not limited to consequent damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the BOUNCE, LLC unit.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessee shall be in charge of BOUNCE, LLC unit’s operation, as well as return of the jump unit in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the BOUNCE, LLC unit, and the Lessor shall identify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the BOUNCE, LLC unit, should legal action become necessary.
11. TITLE TO BOUNCE, LLC: Lessee agrees to keep the BOUNCE, LLC unit in his/her custody and not sublease, rent, sell remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such BOUNCE, LLC unit. The BOUNCE, LLC unit will remain
at the property of the Lessee and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Contract.
12. RAIN POLICY: During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the Rental Contract there will be no refunds!
13.GRASS POLICY: Not responsible for damage to grass/lawns under or around equipment.
LESSOR: BOUNCE, LLC authorized representative.
